The house sleeps 10 in bedrooms and up to 14 on pull-out beds. An extra cleaning fee of $25 will be applied per additional guest over a party of 10.

Pets are discouraged but may be allowed only with prior approval. Hypo-allergenic pets are preferred to accommodate all our guests. A $100 additional cleaning fee will be applied per pet if approved. If you would like to bring a pet, please provide the age, breed, and general size for approval.
